Friday, April 26
12:08 a.m. – John Barrett, 49, was arrested on a warrant for identity theft at 42nd and Olympic Streets.
12:31 a.m. – A caller reported a group of loud subjects in the parking lot of Motel 6 in the 3700 block of International Ct. were drinking. Police contacted a subject who was returning a key to the office but did not locate the group.
1:02 a.m. – A caller reported seeing a couple of male subjects looking into a vehicle occupied by a sleeping female and a couple of dogs. The vehicle was parked at Goodfellas Tavern in the 100 block of S. 14th St. One of the male subjects had a couple of sticks in his hand. About ten minutes later, police arrested Kevin Cumiford, 52, on a warrant for third-degree robbery.
1:37 a.m. – Police contacted the occupants of a vehicle parked at a bar at 28th and Main Streets. Donald Gerald, 40, was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine and less than an ounce of marijuana. Mark Trail, 54, was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
2:24 a.m. – Meagan Rogers, 27, was arrested on a Polk County warrant for theft at 19th and Main Streets.
5:29 a.m. – A caller in the area of 10th and A Streets reported seeing a male and female walking up to a neighbor’s residence. The female suspect had taken a pair of Avia hiking boots off the porch, and the subjects continued walking on A St.
6:46 a.m. – A caller in the 600 block of C St. said someone pulled a tractor in front of his residence, got onto a bicycle and ride off. The subject had left the keys in the tractor. The caller moved the tractor into the alley behind his house.
9:30 a.m. – A student at Agnes Stewart Middle School in the 900 block of S. 32nd St. was caught with marijuana.
9:48 a.m. – A resident in the 2000 block of L St. reported an Oregon Trail card stolen. It had been used at Fred Meyer and WinCo Foods about a week earlier.
11:21 a.m. – Guy Devault, 48, was arrested on a warrant for burglary, and incurred an additional charge of possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
12:44 p.m. – A caller reported an intoxicated male subject passed out in the lawn next to a building in the 100 block of 14th St. Police contacted a 52-year-old male subject and advised him of trespass, and the subject left cordially and went on his way.
2:18 p.m. – A pair of headphones were reported stolen from Target in the 2700 block of Gateway St.
3:09 p.m. – A caller reported being involved in a dispute with an 18-year-old son. The son was allegedly destroying the house, but was just packing his things to leave after a dispute over religion.
5:09 p.m. – A male subject got $10 worth of gas at the Albertson’s gas station in the 5700 block of Main St. and did not pay for it. He was driving a blue four-door 2003 Ford Focus.
5:55 p.m. – Police responded to a report of a male subject whose wife slammed his hand in a car door. This occurred in the 900 block of Anderson Lane.
7:30 p.m. – A caller reported a party going on at a residence in the200 block of W. I St. There were about eight juveniles between ages 12-15 jumping off of a roof and onto a mattress.
Saturday, April 27
12:10 a.m. – A caller in the 700 block of Oakdale Ave. told police she had asked a male subject in a neighboring apartment to stop fighting with his girlfriend, as the caller was just getting home with her 6-year-old child. The male subject allegedly cursed at the caller and threatened to damage her vehicle.
12:52 a.m. – A resident of the Countryside Apartments in the 500 block of Harlow Rd. reported her estranged husband has been at her door for 10-15 minutes and wouldn’t leave. The husband then went downstairs and began throwing rocks at her window. Police arrived, and the husband left.
2:01 a.m. – A taxi driver took a male subject with a tattoo near his eye to the Crossland Hotel in the 500 block of Harlow Rd. The subject bailed on his $40 fare and went into one of the rooms.
4:00 a.m. – Police spoke to a male subject at 34th and E Streets who had a bandanna over his face.
10:07 a.m. – A man called police to report his children’s mother refused to let him see his children and take them to the Oregon Ducks Spring Game, after he had driven up from Medford. He was advised of criminal and civil issues, as there was no custodial agreement.
11:06 a.m. – A resident in the 100 block of Chapman Lane reported a neighbor had been playing loud music and hollering since 3 a.m., and shouting “Rock and Roll!”
11:23 a.m. – A male subject wearing no shirt and flannel pajama bottoms was running into traffic at Pioneer Parkway W. and F St., attacking cars and yelling at them.
3:34 p.m. – Two female subjects in their 40s wearing casual business attire approached a resident in the 500 block of S. 34th St. and told her she was behind on her cable bill and demanded a payment. The caller told the two subjects she was current on her bill and the subjects left in a hurry.
7:22 p.m. – A resident in the 700 block of W. Quinalt St. reported seeing subjects racing up and down the street on quads. Police responded and arrested Michael L. Bean, 38, on a charge of DUII.
10:34 p.m. – Eloy Esparza, 32, was cited for driving while suspended at 42nd and Main Streets.
