Firefighters Respond to Late Night House Fire in Eugene



Eugene, OR.  Eugene Springfield Fire responded to a house fire in West Eugene just before midnight Sunday.  


Firefighters were called to 4723 Marshall Ave at 11:43 PM on June 30th.  Callers from across the street reported smoke and fire from the home.  The first arriving firefighters found fire through the roof of the garage and a well involved attic fire.  The home was heavily damaged, but there were no reported injuries.  

The cause is under investigation. In all, 4 engines, 1 truck, 2 chiefs, 1 ambulance, 1 support unit, 1 EMS supervisor and 2 deputy fire marshals responded.
