Deadwood Man Takes Plea in 2022 Triple Shooting Death Case

Image
Eugene, Or. - A Deadwood man was officially convicted, and sentenced to 10 years in prison today, for his part in a 2022 shooting incident that took the lives of three people. Jericho Gordon Rae Jamison , age 25, started out with one count of murder 2, then after an indictment was charged with 3 counts of murder 1 for the Feb. 15th, 2022 Deadwood Oregon shooting incident, accepted a plea deal last month. Jamison's plea was for two 75 month sentences to be run concurrently for each of the two manslaughter charge. One 45 month sentence for the crime of unlawful use of a weapon to run consecutively to the two 75 month concurrent sentences. Finally, 3 years of post prison supervised once released. Jamison has spent approx. 2 year, 9 months in jail. That county time will go against his sentence. Jamison will have to spend every day of the 75 month sentence, minus county lock-up time, in prison. No early release, no good time on that sentence as it is measure 11. Information from court r
