Eugene Man Arrested on Manslaughter Warrant

 




Eugene, Or. - A Eugene man, on probation in Lane County for meth, was arrested 11/20/2024 on multiple warrants out of Washington and Douglas Counties.

DAVID CHARLES STUMPF, age 52, was booked on the following warrant charges:

163.125 - MANSLAUGHTER 2ND DEG - FELONY - WASHINGTON COUNTY 

475.850 - UNLAWFUL DELIVER HEROIN - FELONY - WASHINGTON COUNTY 

166.272 - POSSESS PROHIBITED FIREARM - FELONY - DOUGLAS COUNTY 

137.545 - PROBATION VIOLATION - UPCS METH  - VIOLATION - LANE COUNTY 

Stumpf is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
