Daniel Whittington – Lodged in SMJ 2/25/13 on charges of driving while suspended and hit and run – property damage.











Dustin Cassity – Lodged in LCJ on a parole violation for manufacturing marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school and charges of failure to appear and possession of methamphetamine; also lodged for failure to appear on charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine and felon in possession of a firearm.











Frank Hill – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on two counts of contempt of court.











Jacquelin Carlsen – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on a charge of physical harassment.











James Swain – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on charges of unlawful use of a weapon and fourth-degree assault. (Probation revoked)











Jerry Saybo – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm. (Probation revoked)











Jesse Kiernan – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on a parole violation for possession of heroin; and for failure to appear on charges of first-degree theft and DUII.











Jesse Rowe – Lodged in SMJ 2/25/13 on a charge of second-degree theft.











Jessica Blomquist – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on charges of failure to appear and false information to police; also lodged on a warrant for unauthorized use of a vehicle.











Joseph Eisel – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on a warrant for failure to report as a sex offender.











Robert Moreland – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on charges of unauthorized possession of a controlled substance and possession of methamphetamine; also lodged for failure to appear on charges of tampering with drug records, contempt of court and first-degree forgery.











Samuel Palacios – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on a charge of public indecency.











Shawn Kubik – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.











Stephanie Hall – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on charges of physical harassment and fourth-degree assault.











Tammy Carriere – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on a charge of unlawful possession of hydrocodone, and three counts of unlawfully obtaining a controlled substance.











Terri Geary – Lodged in LCJ 2/25/13 on a charge of DUII.

Suspect Charged with Murder in 590 E. Broadway Shooting

Eugene, Ore. - At 2:39 a.m. September 2, Eugene Police responded to a report of a shooting at 590 E. Broadway. The victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and the suspect left the location in a vehicle and is no longer in the area. Eugene Police Violent Crimes Unit is investigating. BREAKING NEWS:  BREAKING NEWS: JAISI TAVIN SAVAVATH was just booked into the Lane County Jail on the single charge of murder int he second degree. Homicide in Mapleton

Mapleton, Ore. - Today the Lane County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a possible homicide in the 9400 block of Hwy 126W.  ***UPDATE: Marsha Quesnell's case for murder is now pending due to fitness to proceed. In other words, the court has deemed her unable to help in her own defense due to mental illness or defect, at this time.*** The caller, Marsha Quesnell advised she had killed her mother Mona Tittle. When deputies arrived Marsha cooperated and was taken into custody without incident. Mona was located by deputies deceased inside the residence. Marsha Doreen Quesnell - 2020 mugshot Marsha was lodged at Lane County Adult Corrections this afternoon on the charge of murder.
