Three Arrested After Year-Long Noti Murder Investigation




Noti, Ore. - On November 20, 2022 a body was located in the forest by hunters. The Lane County Sheriff’s Office detectives worked diligently on finding any leads on the case. The body was later identified as 37-year-old Sean Lee Wilkins.

With help from community members tips and hard work from the detectives they were able to gather probable cause on the murder suspects. On November 13, 2023 A search warrant was served and with the assistance from the Lane County Sheriff’s Office Special Response Team three individuals were arrested in conjunction with the search warrant in the Noti area.

The three individuals arrested were Timothy Bryce Shafer, Timothy Leon Shafer and Anna Mariateres Glica. Timothy Leon Shafer and Anna Glica are charged with Abuse of a corpse 2, Tampering with physical evidence and Hindering prosecution. Timothy Bryce Shafer is charged with Murder 2 and all three are currently lodged at Lane County Adult Corrections. 

These arrests were the culmination of a year-long investigation.  This investigation was made possible by the collaboration of the Sheriff’s Office and the Oregon State Police Criminal Division and Crime Laboratory. LCSO case number: 23- 6507

      Sean was a good friend of mine and I loved that guy with all my heart . They should rot in prison for what they did

      Yeah it'd be nice to hear more info on this like what happened why they dumped him and such.... Why abuse of a corpse and hindering prosecution.... What the heck happened? ....

    Wow, I never thought that Ana would stoop so low after breaking my friends heart and leaving him for this POS. But she wishes she had stayed with him and back in Waldport now. And the the victim, may you rest in peace. My heart goes out to your family and friends

    I hate to admit this, but I know Bryce and Tim.. I know Tim has always lived that trash life, but I never thought Bryce would follow in his dad’s foot steps. Bryce used to be such a sweet kid..

Suspect Charged with Murder in 590 E. Broadway Shooting

Eugene, Ore. - At 2:39 a.m. September 2, Eugene Police responded to a report of a shooting at 590 E. Broadway. The victim was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries and the suspect left the location in a vehicle and is no longer in the area. Homicide in Mapleton

Mapleton, Ore. - Today the Lane County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a possible homicide in the 9400 block of Hwy 126W.  ***UPDATE: Marsha Quesnell's case for murder is now pending due to fitness to proceed. In other words, the court has deemed her unable to help in her own defense due to mental illness or defect, at this time.*** The caller, Marsha Quesnell advised she had killed her mother Mona Tittle.
