Former Child Star of Home Improvement, Zachery Ty Bryan, Arrested on Suspicion of DUI in Oklahoma

Custer County, Ok. - On Oct. 25th, 2024, Zachery Ty Bryan, age 43, was stopped by Oklahoma Police for suspicion of DUI. After failing to pass a roadside sobriety test, Bryan was arrested, and later booked into the Custer County Oklahoma jail on felony DUI, and the charge of having no valid drivers license.

According to court records, this is Bryan's 5th DUI. This is also Bryan's second felony DUII this year. Bryan was arrested earlier this year, on February 17th, for suspicion of felony DUI, and misdemeanor contempt of court, in La Quinta, California.

Bryan is currently still on probation from his Oct. 25, 2023 guilty plea on a domestic violence charge of assault in the 4th degree in Lane County Circuit Court. This is a comment from the court on his probation: "It is further ordered that structured sanctions will be allowed except in the case of victim contact, committing a new crime, or absconding from probation. It is further ordered that Defendant is not eligible for earned discharge from probation without the written agreement of the parties and the Court."

Bryan was also arrested in 2020, in Eugene, Oregon for assault, and convicted on Feb, 23, 2021 in Lane County Circuit Court for menacing and assault in the 4th degree.

We are unsure if this most recent arrest for felony DUII will in fact affect his probation here in Oregon. We will keep you up-to-date on this new arrest.
