Oregon Woman Nicole Incero Najlis Held Without Bail on Verified Attempted Murder and Arson Charges
Victorville, Calif. — Nicole Incero Najlis, a 30-year-old Oregon resident, remains in custody without bail after allegedly setting a vehicle on fire with two people sleeping inside at a Hesperia truck stop.
According to official San Bernardino County booking records (Booking #2606370561), Najlis faces the following charges in case FVI26001936:
A dispute between friends over Xanax pills escalated dramatically during a road trip from San Diego to Las Vegas, culminating in a vehicle fire and attempted murder charges against Nicole Incero Najlis.
The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. on June 16, 2026, at the Pilot Travel Center on Highway 395 in Hesperia. Deputies responding to reports of a vehicle fire found two vehicles engulfed in flames. Witnesses identified Najlis at the scene, and she was arrested nearby.
Investigators allege that Najlis and friends were on a road trip from San Diego to Las Vegas when a dispute broke out. She is accused of pouring fuel into the trunk area of a Honda Element and igniting it while two occupants were asleep inside. The occupants escaped without serious injury after being awakened by the flames. A propane tank was reportedly in the vehicle.
Najlis, who performs as a fire dancer under the name “Cosmic Nymph,” remains in custody as the investigation continues.
