Stolen Vehicle Chase Ends in Crash, Arrest in Cottage Grove
At approximately 1:30 p.m. on March 25, the Lane County Sheriff’s Office received information that a Scion xB SUV, stolen from a business in Portland, was in the area of London Road. The suspect, who had also burglarized the business, was being tracked in real time by the vehicle’s GPS system.
