Eugene Police Arrest Man in Armed Robbery at Market of Choice



Eugene, Or. - At 12:47 p.m. on June 4, Eugene Police were notified of an armed robbery at Market of Choice, 2580 Willakenzie Road

A man, identified as Dante Ray Kline-Darley, age 26, was reported to have been armed with a firearm, stole items, and fled south towards an apartment complex. Schools in the area were advised as police responded. 

Officers located Kline-Darley, matching the suspect’s description, heading westbound on a bicycle near the 2300 block of Cal Young and challenged him. He was taken into custody safely and without incident. Kline-Darley has been charged with misdemeanor menacing, felony robbery in the second degree, and misdemeanor criminal trespass. 

He is currently being held in the Lane County Jail. The schools were updated with information about the arrest. He was found to be in possession of a BB gun that was a realistic replica of a handgun. Case 25-08888.
