EUGENE, Ore. — A 31-year-old pedestrian was injured after being struck by a Chevrolet G30 van on June 6, 2025, at approximately 8:05 p.m., according to Eugene Police.

The incident occurred when the pedestrian, reportedly lunging at vehicles, stepped in front of the van driven by a 29-year-old. The driver continued to W. 11th Avenue and Bailey Hill Road, where they stopped and called 911 to report the crash. Witnesses followed the van to its stopping point.
