Juvenile Arrested in Glenwood Voyeurism Case

Glenwood, Or. - Lane County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 14-year-old juvenile in connection with a voyeurism case in Glenwood. The investigation began on January 1 when deputies responded to a report of an individual who had been peering through the window of a residence in the middle of the night. The victim reported that the suspect had broken through her fence to access the yard, where her young child was sleeping inside, near the location where the suspect stood.

After a thorough investigation, deputies made an arrest on January 7. The juvenile was taken into custody and charged with Trespass in the 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief in the 2nd Degree. Given that the charges are misdemeanors, the suspect was released to their parents. The case will now be forwarded to the Juvenile Division of the Lane County District Attorney’s Office for further proceedings.
