Eugene Man Arrested After Firing Shots Inside Home



Eugene, Or. - A 42-year-old Eugene man was arrested early this morning after firing shots inside his home. Eugene Police responded to a call at 4:04 a.m. on January 10th in the 3800 block of Onyx Street, where a man was reported to be intoxicated and firing rounds, mostly inside the residence. 


The man, identified as Bear Ander Dahlen, called police himself to report the situation.


Dahlen was arrested without incident and taken into custody. He has been lodged at the Lane County Jail on 19 felony counts of unlawful use of a weapon and 1 felony count of reckless endangering.


The investigation is ongoing, and police have filed the case under #25-00491.
