Oakridge School Staff Member Faces Charges Involving Minor



Oakridge, Or. - Mark Ryan Osborn, 43, was charged in Lane County Circuit Court on July 10, 2025, with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (ORS 163.575(2), Class A Misdemeanor) and Private Indecency (ORS 163.467, Class A Misdemeanor). According to court documents, the charges stem from an incident involving a minor related to Osborn, which allegedly occurred at his residence in the early morning of June 27, 2025.
Osborn, listed as an Academic and Attendance Intervention Specialist, YIT Support, and McKinney-Vento and Foster Care Point of Contact on the Oakridge School District’s website, was arrested on June 27, 2025, initially charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor, and released the same day on a Pre-Trial Services contract. The additional charge of Private Indecency was filed today.
Osborn is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
