Eugene Man Arrested on 10 Counts of Alleged Child Pornography



EUGENE, OR – On May 16, 2025, Jeremy Allen Kindt, a 44-year-old Eugene resident, was arrested by the Eugene Police Department and is being held on probable cause for 10 counts of Encouraging Child Sex Abuse in the First Degree, a felony offense. This charge is basically about child pornography. 

Kindt, a white male with brown hair, blue eyes, 6'4" tall, and weighing 305 pounds, was booked into the Lane County Jail. The arrest, tied to EPD case number 25-03984, has not yet been formally filed in court, as the "PC" designation indicates probable cause. Kindt is detained with no bond amount set, 

Kindt is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
